"you", "your", "user", "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase services from us.

Services & Subscriptions

Our matrimonial platform offers both free and paid subscription services (for example: featured profiles, highlighted listings, contact unlock, premium search filters). Paid services are charged as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions depending on the plan selected.

Payments — Razorpay

We accept online payments for subscriptions and one-time services through Razorpay (or any replacement payment processor we may notify you of). By purchasing a paid service you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment instrument you provide.

• Payment processing: All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not capture or store your full payment card details on our servers — card and bank data are processed by Razorpay under their security policies and PCI standards.
• Payment confirmation: Payments are considered successful only when Razorpay confirms the transaction. We will notify you by email and/or in-app notification once payment is confirmed.
• Failed payments: In case a payment fails (insufficient funds, authorization declined, network error), we will notify you. Failed payments do not grant access to paid services until a successful payment is completed.
• Recurring billing: If you opt for a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges through Razorpay until you cancel the subscription from your account or as described in the subscription terms.
• Taxes and fees: All prices are stated either inclusive or exclusive of taxes as shown on the payment page. Any statutory taxes (GST etc.) applicable to the transaction are your responsibility and will be added at checkout where required.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Our refund and cancellation policy is described separately in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy page. In summary: refunds are handled according to the service type and timing of the cancellation and are processed via Razorpay. If you wish to file a chargeback with your bank, doing so may limit our ability to provide services; we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where chargebacks are initiated without prior attempt to resolve the dispute with us.

Security & Liability

We take reasonable steps to secure user data and payments, but we do not guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our control. Razorpay manages the payment transaction security on its platform; please review Razorpay’s own security and privacy documentation for details on payment protection.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (including Razorpay) to provide payment and other services. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies and processing practices in addition to ours.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of use of our website, purchase with us, or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India and the courts in Gujarat, unless otherwise specified.
