Most services on this matrimonial website are digital (profile listings, subscriptions, premium features) and do not involve physical shipping. When you purchase a digital service, you will receive confirmation and access via email and in your account immediately after payment confirmation.

Digital Service Delivery
  • Access to paid features is provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway (Razorpay).
  • If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after payment, please contact our support team with your transaction id.
Physical Goods (If Any)

If we offer any physical products (for example printed documents or promotional materials), those will be shipped via courier/post. For such transactions we will communicate dispatch timelines and tracking information on order confirmation.
