Cancellation & Refund Policy

SONAL SHAH aims to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds for both digital (subscription) and any one-time services.

Subscription Cancellations
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges; it does not automatically refund past charges.
  • If you cancel a recurring subscription mid-billing cycle, you may retain access to the paid features until the end of the current paid period (as shown on your invoice/receipt).
Refunds — General

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the reason for refund, and timing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed via the payment gateway (Razorpay). We may request details to investigate and validate refund requests.

How Refunds are Processed (Razorpay)
  • Once we approve a refund, we will initiate the refund through Razorpay. The refund will be credited to the original payment method where possible.
  • Refund processing time depends on the customer's bank/card issuer and may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Platform fees charged by Razorpay or banks may not always be refundable; any applicable deductions will be communicated during refund processing.
Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge via your bank (chargeback), Razorpay and we will cooperate to investigate. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of services. If a chargeback is found to be invalid after dispute investigation, you may be charged for the disputed amount and any associated fees.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases (for example: partial service delivery or credits for a period of service), we may issue partial refunds or account credits at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your account email, transaction id (if available), date of purchase, and reason for refund.
  3. We will acknowledge receipt and typically respond within 2 business days.
Additional Notes
  • Refund requests for abuse, policy violations, or chargebacks will be handled per our internal investigation policy.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraudulent activity or breach of Terms.
