Cancellation & Refund Policy

SONAL SHAH believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Order Cancellations
  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
  • No cancellations are accepted for perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.).
Refunds & Replacements
  • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, report to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be validated by the merchant before approval.
  • If the product differs from what was shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify Customer Service within 2 days. The team will review and decide accordingly.
  • For products with manufacturer warranty, complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.
Refund Timeline

In case of any refunds approved by SONAL SHAH, it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to be processed back to the customer.
